Berth 25 Wharf Extension, Port Adelaide

Flinders Port Holdings owns and operates the Port of Adelaide, and the wharf extension at berth 25 is part of the company’s master plan published in 2022.  Piling Solutions Australia was contracted to supply heavy-duty PSZ46-700 to extend the marine wall, allowing larger break bulk vessels docking capability.  These pilings were coasted in 1500 microns of epoxy, reinforcing the steel and providing reliable protection against corrosion.  Epoxy coating is susceptible to damage in transit, and Steel Piling Solutions distribution expertise was invaluable in ensuring the integrity of the delivered steel pilings.
