Manufactured from hot rolled coil, Cold Rolled sheet piles are produced with a hook connecting clutch, suitable for shoring or trenches, shafts and construction pits. Available in Z-shaped, U-shaped and Hat-Shaped profiles, our stock is manufactured from various grades of steel from S235JRC to S355JOC, with section modulus that ranges from 250cm3 to 5,226cm3.
Z Section sheet piles are called Z’s because the single piles are shaped roughly like a horizontally stretched Z.
U Section sheet piles have a U cross section with interlocking mechanism at the edges of each unit.
Hat Type sheet piles are often used for project sites with relatively large forces present such as barriers, walls, and concrete waterways.
