Hot Rolled Profiles
Manufactured from slabs heated up to over 2000°C, hot rolled sheet pile produces a high quality sheet with clutches suitable for driving in water charged conditions. Hot rolled sheet provides high quality clutches which enhance water tightness, versus cold rolled alternatives.
Available in U shaped, Z shaped (both single and doubled and crimped) and Hat shaped profiles, our stock is produced with various steel grades, from S240GP to S430GP, section modulus that range from 700cm³ to 5000cm³ and are manufactured to comply with EN 10248 & JIS A 5523.
Cold Rolled Profiles
Manufactured from hot rolled coil, cold rolled sheet pile is produced with a hook connecting clutch. Reliable and suitable for shoring or trenches, shafts and construction pits.
Available in U shaped, Z shaped (both single and doubled and tack-welded) and Hat shaped, or Omega, profiles. Our stock is produced with various steel grades, from S235JRC to S355JOC, section modulus that range from 250cm³ to 5000cm³ and are manufactured to comply with EN 10249.
